Sound Bath Meditation

Looking for a way to reset and relax? Calm your mind and expand your awareness through a guided meditation sound bath. This soothing practice creates a sense of calm, peace, and relaxation, promoting good health and balanced energy. Surrounded by the gentle sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, along with Tingsha bells, you'll be guided to connect with your deeper self-consciousness. Some meditation sound baths may also incorporate soft singing, nature sounds, or rhythmic, abstract music.

Please wear comfortable clothing. You may choose to sit on a chair or lie on a yoga mat, and you’re welcome to bring a blanket or pillow for added comfort. If possible, bring your own yoga mat, as our supply is limited.

To ensure participants fully benefit from the health and wellness aspects of this meditative experience, the doors will close five minutes after the session begins.

About the facilitator
Rhonda Fentry began working in the health and fitness industry in 1989, working as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, fitness manager, and group fitness director at various health clubs throughout the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Rhonda holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Human Movement from A.T. Still University, School of Health Science, and fitness certification through the American Council on Exercise, the American College of Sports Medicine, Physicalmind Institute, National Academy of Sports Medicine, as a certified Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist, and received her 200-hour Yoga teacher training certificate (CYT) through Yogafit. She takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, and her goal is to create balance between the mind, body, and spirit in her students.
