Looking for a way to reset and relax? Still the mind and expand your awareness through a guided meditation sound bath. Using the ambient sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and Tingsha Bells, a meditation sound bath helps you to tap into your deeper self-consciousness, creating a sense of calm, peace, and relaxation, promoting good health and balanced energy. Meditation sound baths are also done to singing, nature sounds, or rhythmic, abstract music.
**Please wear comfortable clothing. You can choose to sit on a chair or lay on a yoga mat, and are welcome to bring a blanket or pillow for yourself. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible. A limited supply will be provided.
About the instructor
Rhonda Fentry began working in the health and fitness industry in 1989, working as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, fitness manager, and group fitness director at various health clubs throughout the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Rhonda holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Human Movement from A.T. Still University, School of Health Science, and fitness certification through the American Council on Exercise, the American College of Sports Medicine, Physicalmind Institute, National Academy of Sports Medicine, as a certified Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist, and received her 200 hour Yoga teacher training certificate (CYT) through Yogafit. She takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, and my goal is to create balance between the mind, body, and spirit in my students.
