Artist statement
One thing I know for sure is that art makes the world go round…and so…I am interested in the ordinary extraordinariness of daily life. My paintings aim to capture what being alive at this moment in time means to me. I offer my perspective through still life, portraits, pictures of animals, and visual meditations.
I speak in a universal language of color, shape, pattern, and line. My compositions are designed to communicate my thoughts and emotions about connection and energy beyond what our eyes might see. As both an artist, and fellow traveler on this road of life, with this exhibit, I invite you to step back and consider the transformative potential of your own creative power inner wisdom.
