DESCRIPTION:Celebrate and explore the impact of intergenerational connecti
 on during Celebrating Seniors Week. The library is excited to welcome pupp
 et designer Jacky Kelsey for a hands-on puppet-making workshop for creator
 s of all ages.Older adults are encouraged to bring the young artists in th
 eir lives to team up for this fun puppet-making project. The program will
  incorporate basic sewing techniques for fabric-based puppets, along with 
 opportunities for including found objects. Older adults are encouraged to 
 share their sewing skills with youth, while younger participants are encou
 raged to guide the creative decision-making process. Patrons ages 14 and 
 younger must be accompanied by an adult (18+) caregiver for this event.The
  Creative Studio is located on the third floor of the Main Library.
