Meeting/Event Description
This is a monthly meeting of local cavers. We will be using a projector, screen, internet, and sound equipment (we will bring the sound equipment). We will be bringing pizzas and Sodas. Would it be possible to use the room until 9:00 when you close as long as we are ready to evacuate right before 9pm?
