Looking to get your body moving with your little ones in tow? Join Fit4Mom for a Stroller Strides workout, followed by stories for your child. Moms will get moving with strength, cardio, and core restoration movements while your kids enjoy listening to their favorite stories, playing games, and singing songs. Perfect for moms 6-weeks postpartum (with doctor clearance) and beyond.

Kids must remain buckled in their strollers at all times during the workout for safety reasons.
