Meeting/Event Description
Every three years, the Affordable Care Act requires hospitals to perform a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), plot out a Community Health Implementation Plan (CHIP), and report those findings in a town hall meeting. Rush Oak Park Hospital is complying with the requirements of the ACA in sharing its CHNA and CHIP to the community.
