Meeting/Event Description
I had originally reserved the room for 3/31, but the Employer and Union prefer 4/11, so I cancelled the 3/31 reservation that was approved. It's for a secret ballot election where only about 15 employees would be coming in to vote whether or not they wish to have union representation. Only three people - the NLRB agent, and the two observers - will be in the room waiting for voters to arrive, where it will only take a couple of minutes to cast their ballot and then they will leave. There are two voting sessions of an hour and a half each, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I had inquired with the library about cost and was told it would be no charge for reserving the room for this purpose. Thank you!
