Please consider donating your gently used books to the Friends of the Oak Park Public Library as their volunteers prepare for the 2023 Annual Book Fair to be held July 14-16 at the Main Library.

  • Accepted: Books and CDs in good used condition.
  • Not accepted: Textbooks, encyclopedias, magazines, and VHS tapes.

Have a few items to donate? Bring them into the Main Library Lobby during open building hours.

Have lots to donate? On Saturdays starting June 3, you can use our convenient bulk drop, at the loading dock on the west side of the Main Library. Bring your donations on Saturdays only, 9 am–1 pm.
