Discover the power of a whole-food, plant-based eating style to prevent and reverse heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and obesity. Learn from someone who has made the change and went on to obtain a certification in both Plant-Based Nutrition and the Forks Over Knives cooking course. This session will include recipes, resources, and practical tips so you can immediately add colorful foods from the plant "farmacy" found at the grocery store. You will be inspired to eat a variety of vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and seeds.
