Shattuck Chess Quads

This is not a library-led event.

Meeting/Event Description

OPRF Chess is hosting a holiday tournament to celebrate the end of the semester! All chess players are welcome.

**Please bring boards and clocks if possible**

Sections are in QUADS, which are 4 person round robin formats (everyone plays everyone in their quad once):
-USCF Rated (Must have a valid U.S. Chess Federation ID to enter)
-Unrated (All are welcome!)

**If you have a USCF membership, you MUST play in the rated section**

Format & Schedule:
3 rounds, g25/d5 (25 minutes for the game for both sides, with a 5 second delay at the beginning of each turn)
-For USCF rated section, this will affect Regular and Quick ratings.
**PLEASE ARRIVE BY 5PM AT THE LATEST IN ORDER TO SET UP QUADS AND START THE FIRST ROUND ON TIME**

Round times:
Round 1: 5:15
Round 2: 6:15
Round 3: 7:15
