This is a welcoming group of meditators, old and brand new. The session starts with Kundalini breath practices that offer powerful practices to shift your state of mind and make meditation more accessible.

Teacher Betsy Grimm is a yoga and meditation instructor who is drawn to practices to help manage mood, anxiety, and depression.
