Event Details

So many things can throw our digestive systems out of whack. From the foods we eat, our quality of sleep, and environmental factors, to our stress levels, hormones, and even seasonal changes. Gut health is highly connected to overall health. In these times especially, it’s more important than ever to keep our immune systems healthy.

After this interactive workshop, you'll walk away knowing:

  • The common causes and symptoms of stomach discomfort.
  • Foods that are healing for the gut.
  • Breathing practices for improving digestion.
  • Movements and stretches that support gut health.

This workshop is for you if you’re trying to figure out what’s causing your stomach discomfort, you’ve been diagnosed with IBS or another digestive-related condition, and/or you want to maintain your digestive health and prevent future issues. Give your stomach some love and get your digestion back on track this year! Everyone, and all bodies, are warmly welcome.
