Please join the Oak Park Public Library and the Austin Branch of the Chicago Public Library to discuss the documentary film 13th. Directed by Ava DuVernay, the 13th is a thought-provoking documentary where scholars, activists, and politicians analyze the criminalization of African Americans and the U.S. prison boom.
