Join us for the second virtual program in a two-part series oriented around Alzheimer's disease and Dementia Caregiver Support. Part 2 is designed to increase awareness about the situation dementia caregivers in the U.S. face. All caregivers, family members, and loved ones are encouraged to attend.

Presented by dementia experts at Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center.

  • Develop a repertoire of skills for resiliency, self-care, and coping when caring for someone with dementia.
  • Learn how dementia caregiver stress can impact health and lead to depression and anxiety.
  • Strategies will be introduced for building resiliency that help preserve and restore emotional and physical health while navigating the uncertainty of dementia caregiving. A Q&A session will follow the discussion.
