Looking to get your body moving with your little ones in tow? Join Fit4Mom for a Stroller Strides workout, followed by stories and crafts for your child. Moms will get moving with strength, cardio, and core restoration movements while your kids enjoy listening to their favorite stories, playing games, and singing songs. Perfect for moms 6-weeks postpartum (with doctor clearance) and beyond. We will meet outside the Main Library front doors on the plaza. In case of rain, we will meet inside, in the Veterans Room.

Kids must remain buckled in their strollers at all times during the workout for safety reasons.
By joining this class, you declare that you are physically fit and ready to participate and understand any physical activity may involve some risk of injury.
