Join Lindsey of Strictly Self Defense to rebuild your self confidence by learning prevention strategies, along with simple, effective strikes and escapes. Those who are differently abled and use walking aids are welcome to attend. All techniques can be modified to be used effectively by each attendee.

Attendees will participate in a series of discussions and be introduced to basic physical self-defense skills and techniques. Training will focus on three key areas: Mindset, Skill Set and Planning. Specific topics may include Situational Awareness, Bystander Intervention, Trauma Responses, Simple Effective Strikes, How to Escape Common Grabs, and much more. The purpose of the training is to empower the attendees through self defense training. 

Attendees must sign a waiver to participate. Waivers can be signed by clicking here, or attendees may sign upon arrival at the program.
