🌼 LIVE PERFORMANCE of Blackie: A Story by Roy Kinsey
Visit the Main Library Idea Box to view the installation Maintaining Wonder: Deangelo's World at 7:30 pm, followed by a live performance at 8 pm in the Veterans Room by Chicago-based rapper, librarian, and cultural worker Roy Kinsey. His debut album, critically acclaimed by Billboard, Los Angeles Times, and Chicago Tribune. The performance will feature selections primarily from Blackie, marking a return to the work that helped shape Rapbrary’s origin story. Following the performance.
