This "bring your own device" (BYOD) workshop will cover the basics of using rideshare apps and parking apps common in Oak Park and Chicago (e.g., Lyft, Uber, Oak Park Parking) via your smartphone or tablet. This workshop is brought to you by the University of Illinois Chicago Computer Science researchers as part of a research study to understand the barriers to mobile use in older adults (IRB # 2023-1319).
