Program Description

Event Details

We believe in the power of kids to make the world better! Using a framework from The Nora Project, kids, caregivers, and librarians will define and discuss disabilities, hear about being disabled from disabled people in videos and books, and learn how to advocate for ourselves and others.

This is a workshop for families who have kids in elementary school, with or without disabilities. Led by a neurodivergent librarian.

A supported program.
