Illinois Tollway officials will be at the library to help motorists update their I-PASS technology to the new stickers that are replacing plastic transponders. There is no deposit required for the sticker and the $10 transponder deposit that was paid when a transponder was purchased will be transferred to the new account when it is activated. The stickers are ready to use 24 hours after activation.
