Meeting/Event Description

In October we will discuss The Guardians by John Grisham published in 2019.  This setting for this book is Florida, present day.  Cullen Post works for the Guardian Ministries, similar to the Innocence Project that works to exonerate wrongly convicted people. Cullen is a minister turned attorney and to get justice, he needs to battle deep racial prejudice. 

Detection by Daylight is a book group that meets monthly on the first Wednesday at 12 pm on Zoom. We discuss detective mystery stories, often the first book of a series and sometimes standalone books.  The group has been running since 2011 and all are welcome.
