Program Description

Event Details

Join us for an interactive, crafting workshop for students in grades 4-8. Together we will learn the basics of how to cross-stitch using a pattern of the phases of the moon. You can participate in person for guided instruction or follow our on-demand virtual tutorial at your own pace.

The first 30 participants to register will receive a cross-stitch kit. Each kit includes an embroidery hoop, embroidery floss, a needle, and a pattern to stitch the phases of the moon. If you plan to participate in person, you will receive your kit on the day of the program, but if you would like to participate asynchronously, you can drop by the desk in the Children's Services area at the Main Library to pick up your kit starting April 18.
