Book Bike

Event Details

The Book Bike visits the Park District Community Recreation Center (CRC) for Oak Park Youth and Family Services 6th annual Back-to-School event, weather permitting.

Oak Park and River Forest families are invited to stop by this special event filled with fun activities as you prepare for the school year! Connect with community partners and local resources and pick up a backpack full of free school supplies. Children must be present at time of pick-up. Limited quantities available.

Grab a free book, learn about library services and events, or sign up for a library card on the spot. Families visiting the Back-to-School event to celebrate and pick up school supplies are encouraged to stop by and see what the Book Bike is all about! 

Note: The event runs from 4-7 pm, while the Book Bike will only pop-up from 4-6 pm.
