Program Description

Event Details

After years of drawing and painting "unpopulated" cityscapes (alleys and streets without people), Tim Leeming began a project to rediscover the faces of people he knew best, faces of friends. Using reference photos, Leeming studied them up close and drew them large and mostly life-sized. About Face re-examines what was temporarily withheld—when we lost the face.

Meet the artist during a reception in the Main Library Art Gallery on Wednesday, October 12, 7-8:30 pm »
