• How many attendees?
Roughly 80-90

• What time do you need it for (it’s 4 hour slots)
We were originally planning to have the meeting from 9-10 but would need a little set up/clean up time. It looks like the library doesn’t open until 9 though, so I’m guessing that’s the earliest we could gain access to the room for setup - can you confirm?
It will affect when we send out the meeting timeslot for to the group.

• Do you need white boards for this meeting or any other supplies?
We will need an AV hookup to present from a laptop to a projection screen (@Joshua can confirm what type of cord)
