No need to wait on the red carpet—come to our 16th Annual Oscarthon movie marathon! All day at the Main Library, we'll have popcorn, raffle prizes, and Oscar-nominated films from the past year. This year’s movie lineup:
One Battle After Another, 10:00 am-12:45 pm
Washed-up revolutionary Bob exists in a state of stoned paranoia, surviving off-grid with his daughter, Willa. When his evil nemesis Colonel Steven J. Lockjaw resurfaces after 16 years, they must face Bob's past and run for the future (R | 2 hours, 42 minutes).
F1: The Movie, 1:15-3:50 pm
Sonny Hayes was the most promising phenom in the 1990s in Formula 1 until an accident on the track. Thirty years later, his former teammate Ruben Cervantes convinces him to come back and drive alongside hotshot rookie Joshua Pearce for one last shot at being the best in the world.
